Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to have a class, or series of classes, personalized to your specific needs or desires, and are provided in the lovely Posabilities studio or clinic space.

- After an initial conversation, a program will be designed based on what you want and your needs. A class day, time, and length will be determined based on your schedule during the initial conversation.
