Studio Rental

The studio space includes a spacious 750 square foot studio with plenty of natural light and a hardwood, semi-sprung floor, as well as a 250 square foot lobby area for checking in and storing personal articles, and gathering and visiting before and after your class or event.

Studio use:

• $25 for the first hour.
• $20 each additional hour.
• Space will be available 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your reserved time for set up and clean up afterwards.
• Individuals committing to weekly rental for three or more consecutive months will receive a discounted rate of $20 for the first hour, $18 each additional hour.
• Individuals committing to renting the space two or more times a week (for 3 consecutive months) will receive a further discounted rate of $18 for the first hour, $16 each additional hour.

Treatment Space Rental

The treatment space is 12’ x 15’, and shares an arrival space and bathroom with the physical therapy clinic that is separate from the studio arrival space.  There is also a small kitchenette available.  The space is well insulated to allow maximum privacy and peacefulness.  At Posabilities, Inc.’s discretion and approval you may sub-let your space to share with one other provider.  This provider must be approved by Posabilities, Inc.

• Monthly rental – $275/month
• Additional sub let – $75/month
