This 2-hour Yoga workshop lead by Katey Hawes and Ree Russell will focus on understanding the anatomy and physiology that influences flexibility in men. Tips to help improve flexibility safely and effectively and a yoga practice created specifically with men’s needs in mind to help them experience decreased tension, increased flexibility, and a greater sense of balance.
